ServiceNow reserves the right to induct Rising Stars at other times if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;

The submission process will be open July 1-31 and December 1-31st each calendar year. Either a fellow Community member can nominate another member, you can nominate yourself or the Community team can select you.&lt;/P&gt;
