It's 2022 and I'm not sure about you, but I am hopeful about our year ahead. And that includes our 2022 events. While we haven't made an official announcement about Knowledge yet, I hope you have signed up to get updates from us. If you haven't, pop on over to our website and we'll keep you up on all the latest.

Until, then, If you’re an innovation aficionado, you’re just who we’re looking for! Got a compelling story on how you’ve connected people, systems, and processes using our applications, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking to build our speaker panel for our world-class event series in the coming year. Our call for content deadline is February 15, so you’ve still got time to help us out.

And, while speaking at an industry event might seem a bit overwhelming, rest assured, you don’t have to be a professional conference guru or seasoned presenter to lead one of our sessions.

All you need is a compelling use case, thought-provoking personal narrative, or an exciting story on how the power of digital workflows has enabled you to breakdown silos, improve workplace efficiency, or enhance enterprise outcomes.

Hello, Knowledge fans!

We know it’s been a long wait since last year’s event and so today, we’re excited to share some information about Knowledge, happening in May.

As many of you know, Knowledge is our annual flagship event, and it’s the place that ServiceNow experts, customers, and partners learn how to create digital experiences that help your organization work smarter, faster, and better.

This year, Knowledge will look a little different but includes much of the great content you have come to know and love! There are two ways to attend in 2022. You can attend one of our in-person experiences in cities around the world or the digital experience from the comfort of your home or office. You can find out more on our website.

The Knowledge Digital Experience kicks off April 6 with the Now Platform® San Diego release broadcast. K22 - Back in Las Vegas!

So, I know this is a couple of months late, but I HAVE BEEN BUSY! Okay?! (breath-in, breath-out, breath-in...)

I keep meaning to publish this, but something kept coming up. Ugh.

So I was able to go to KNOWLEDGE 22 in LAS VEGAS!

It felt weird to:

1. Fly for the first time in two years
2. Go to Las Vegas for the first time in two years
3. Ride Uber for the first time in two years
4. See everyone I had not seen for two years!
5. Go to Knowledge for the first time in two years

Seems to be a theme here.

It was a good conference. Small. Seemed like the size crowd we had way back in New Orleans in 2012. However, the excitement was still the same.

I didn't present, but I hung out at both the Accenture and ServiceNow Community booth.

The bucket list:

1. Go to the opening key-note. Check!
2. Get my picture taken with the big man himself: Bill McDermott. Check!
3. Get interviewed about the MVP program and its affect on my career by the Director of the Community: Mark Obee. Check! (great interview, but sorry to say no picture though)

A big thank you to my company Accenture, and also @Mark Obee, @Dan Bruhn, and the entire ServiceNow Community team; through the MVP program, for helping to make my visit possible!

For those of you who don’t know, Call for Content is a part of our Knowledge 2023 flagship event where we invite brilliant minds (like you) to make a submission to speak at a breakout session. There are five session types: Demo, tips/how-tos, product or solution stories, roundtable, and lab or workshop.

We value your experiences and the lessons you’ve learned, and we want to hear them. Say Yes to Knowledge 2023 and submit your stories! But hurry up because submissions close on February 21^st.
